POLICY OF PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

INTRODUCTION
1. The document is meant for those who use the Controller’s website (hereinafter the “Website”).
2. COACTOR Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zalesie Górne, ul. Pionierów 29, 05-540 Zalesie Górne, entered in the business register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Business Department of the National Court Register under the KRS No. of 0001095902 shall be the Controller of the Website and shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Controller.”
3. The Controller shall attach particular importance to respecting the privacy of users visiting the Website, and the purpose of this document is to indicate to users which of their data shall be obtained and how they can protect their privacy.
4. In connection with the use of the Website, only the information contained in the so-called cookies, that is text files stored in the website user’s terminal device, shall be collected by automated means.
5. By using the Controller’s websites, the user accepts the following rules:
PRINCIPLES OF DATA COLLECTION AND TRANSMISSION
1. The data collected by the Controller shall be transmitted in two ways:
- information provided directly and voluntarily by the user, e.g. in contact forms or during registration in the system, e.g. when using the hotline, submitting information to the Controller via the website, downloading publications, signing up for newsletters, etc.;
- information obtained in the course of users’ use of the Website.
2. Servers shall automatically save the following user data:
- the time it takes for the server to send a response;
- IP address of the user’s device;
- user’s request (the address of the page the user entered);
- address from the link in case the page was accessed through the link;
- information about the version of the web browser (web pages) used by the user;
- information about the version of the operating system used by the user.
PRINCIPLES OF THE USE OF COOKIES
1. As part of the Website operations, cookies stored on users’ terminal devices shall be used. In connection with the above, the Controller hereby explains that the so-called “cookies” shall be intended for the use of the Website and the materials contained in the Website, and shall contain the name of the website of their origin, in addition to a unique number and storage time on the end device. With the above in mind, the Controller hereby informs that the so-called “cookies” shall be placed on the user’s terminal device to which the Controller shall have access.
2. The Website shall use two types of cookies:
- “session” (session cookies, session storage), i.e. temporary files stored on the user’s terminal equipment until the session expires, e.g. when the user leaves the Website, deletes these, or shuts down the browser; and
- “persistent” (persistent cookies, local storage), i.e. files stored on the user’s terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the user.
3. The user can individualise their cookie settings in the browser that they use. Failure to change these settings means that the user accepts the cookies used by their browser.
4. Web browsers allow cookies to be stored on the user’s computer by default, but the user can change these settings independently, including blocking cookies. It should be kept in mind, however, that changing the settings of cookies by restricting their use may result in some features of the Website not working properly.
5. The Website shall use cookies for the following purposes:
- to contain user’s session ID whose data is stored on the server and is not sent to the user’s browser;
- to handle statistics scripts;
- to create and display personalised advertisements with information about the Controller’s activities;
- to facilitate users’ use of the Website.
6. The Controller reserves that the cookies described above may be made available to cooperating entities.
TRAFFIC MONITORING
1. The Controller hereby informs that it may use common Internet observation technologies on the market to monitor traffic on the Website and optimise the display of marketing and promotional content.
2. The Website shall collect anonymous data about the pages visited by the user such as:
- number of unique entrances/viewings;
- country;
- browser;
- visit time.
3. Data shall be collected using solutions from third-party vendors whereas the Controller is currently using Google Analytics to monitor and analyse the source of traffic on the Website, the SARE newsletter system, the Microsoft Clarity tool used to perform advanced analytics on user behaviour in visual form (scrollmaps, heatmaps) and tools provided by _____.
4. The Controller makes every effort to protect the Website from unauthorised access by third parties and to control the methods of collecting, processing, and storing information. Among other things, the Website’s operations shall use a firewall and server security devices. Access to the data shall only be granted to the Controller’s employees and entities that need to have access to the data in order to process them exclusively for the purposes described herein.
FINAL PROVISION
1. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy by publishing its new content on the Website.
2. In their activities, the Controller shall respect the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) the full text of which is available here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679.
3. The user’s data shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (which includes the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland).
